Joyous Celebration 15 Live Recording

Dearest Friends we have been asked to spread the invitation by our good friends Sylvester Funani and Kabelo Motholmi..........

"Multi-award winning gospel ensemble Joyous Celebration will be recording their fifteenth Live CD & DVD at a major concert staged at the ICC Durban Arena on 17 and 18 December 2010

The show will feature new material and some new faces drawn from the nationwide auditions staged during the 2010 tour, a number of whom were discovered at the Durban leg of the auditions in July this year.

Tickets for this once of event go on sale on the Thursday 25th November at computicket outlets nationwide.

For Joyous Celebration founders and members, Durban has been the breeding ground and the talent hub of numerous young talent who have graced the Joyous Celebration stage in the last 14 years of the project. It is therefore only fitting that the show that will mark the 15th milestone celebration of the project be recorded in Durban.

“Following the sold old out show that was part of the 2010 tour in Durban, we thought it only fitting to come back to Durban to honour our fans, the province and the city for their continuous and endless support over the years by staging not 1, but 2 recording shows,” says Jabu Hlongwane, co-founder.

“This recording will be a special one. We are also inviting our fans to list their favourite songs on the Joyous celebration family facebook page that they would like to hear us sing during this live recording,” adds Hlongwane.

Known for their symphonic blend of traditional and western gospel, Joyous Celebration has enjoyed many accolades since its inception. This year, the group has again been nominated for the 10th METRO FM Music Awards in the Best Urban Gospel category. "With all my care and uthando, i'd like to inform you that the tickets for the recording HAVE BEEN selling like hot-cakes since they went on sale.
About 86% of the tickets have been sold already, if you haven't got your ticket yet, i'd advice you to make a plan and get it now as no tickets will be sold at the venue!

Two shows, two tickets...
Good luck!!!
